I work by both personal guiding and through presentations, workshops, and commissioned writings for organizational teams and staffs. There is no charge for a discussion and I always hope to add direct value during it.
My focus is at a strategic level—clarifying results and paths to achieve them. I have an increasing focus on guiding individuals who seek to become result leaders. My view increasingly is that you are either a result leader or some other kind of leader.
I work closely with The Center for What Works, the outcomes consulting division of The Rensselaerville Institute when it comes to project scale engagements. Debra Natenshon and her team help organizations get outcome frameworks not just upward to charts and diagrams but downward to the “shop floor” where participants get and use services. They work with both foundations and nonprofits to achieve quantum leaps in achievement.
